[HELP] Problem with database, wamp/xampp - ExtremeXxX - 21.01.2015

So..

Im using this gamemode: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=558762 , and Im trying to connect it with database, im trying with wamp and xampp but didnt get connected yet. I will post some pics so u can see whats the problem, seriosly maybie im doing it wrong or gamemode is fucked up i dont know so please help if u know how.

If u know other way to get connected but not using wamp/xampp please let me now I will try everything just to get it connected.

1:Use wamp server.
2:Instead localhost use 127.0.0.1
