Unique License Plates? - Mark_Samp - 20.01.2015

So i have seen on some servers that cars has their own unique license plate. Basicly a player buys a car and it get set to a realistic number plate like "ABC123" and all cars got their own unique one. I wonder how to make so it is like this?
