1. Set your compatibility in properties on Windows 95/Me
2. Delete all your mods
3. Reinstall GTA SA

Could be mods, pirated version, cleos(if you have).

Look up on *******.

I highly recommended to uninstall samp and whole gta sa folder. This issue might get from mods. s**eit . cl*o , etc
