Can't launch SA-MP on Windows 8.1 - prantheking - 19.01.2015

Hi, I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1. So when I decided to hit up SAMP, I got this error: GTA SA requires DirectX 9 or higher. I have DX11. I use an enb mod with the d3d9.dll file. Deleting the d3d9.dll and joining a server launcher single player. How can I fix this?

download d3d9_43.dll, and place it to samp folder, and when it asks you to install DirectPlay, accept it and install
