Hello All i have problem in samp version in hosting company how to change the samp 0.3x-R2 to 0.3z-R3?

Their will be an option in the hosting company game control panel. Just ask your company about it. If they are not having then ask them to add it.

You can probably manually replace the files through an FTP program, if they allow it. Otherwise: they should have an option to change the servers version. If not, find a reliable host.
