I need something to prevent that sob guys who throw cars up into air, I've searched but I don't found anything to help me in this situation.

You need to find out how to check if player is teleporting from vehicle to vehicle.

But I don't have such a command like 'kk' in my GM and they make like i "tornado" in the air so I don't think is that
