I'll rather get a physical copy from Amazon because
1) 65GB download? No thanks
2) I prefer to have physical copies
3) Steam is not a good solution if you want to use 3rd party mods

The Steam version won't be having VAC, so don't worry about those VAC bans. I've modded other Steam versions of GTA without any issues including using SA-MP with GTA San Andreas.

GTA V from anywhere but steam won't activate in steam - just rockstar social club.
