If you got a VPS read this tutorial.
(Note: Make sure your host is linux! and if you got linux samp files (plugins - .so)
Also you need this programs:

- WINCP [ download ]
- VPS Knowledge
- PUTTY [ download ]

You just have to download FTP client like FileZilla and then upload your server files.
ask the staff of your hosting if they are using Linux or Windows.

If Linux put Linux Plugins (.so)
if Windows put Windows plugins (.dll)

Grab your FTP info place it into a FTP client such as FileZilla and than grab your .amx file and stick it into the gamemodes folder.
