Which is the best, cheapest vps with remote desktop connection. It must be windows.

Most vps are linux and trust me OVH(linux vps) are better than windows vps

Linux is not a graphical interface, and requires you to know and or learn commands. I'd recommend using windows if you are not wanting to learn linux just yet. OVH does also offer windows servers aswell as linux.

You can get graphical interface in Linux VPS by instaling gnome it will be just like Windows VPS
