Reset data (pickup, dynamic area) - qmnty - 12.01.2015

How do I reset the data of the pickup and dynamic area ,

Because when using forward OnPlayerPickupPickup or OnPlayerPickupDynamicPickup
and OnPlayerEnterDynamicArea

on making pickups or dynamic area first no problem .
But after the removal process and manufacture of both pickups or dynamic data on the previous area still exist in the data or dynamic pickup area on the manufacture ,
Example : I give the OnPlayerPickupPickup event , where I put the data to display text house owner , and the making of the second pickup of the same article with the previous one, which should not be owning house .

All I ask .
How to reset the data on the stock pickups and dynamic variable area ?
