Did you notice that most of the new opened servers where they say that they're so strict about roleplay, use LS-RP themes on their forums? People are copying NG-RP mods, and now forum themes too.

Its because people try to copy what sucessful servers are doing. They are trying to themselves be successful.
And also, people can't really think of something that hasn't been done yet within SA:MP, or they simply do not want to go through the trouble of making things for themselves.

Forum themes dont have copyright(s) even forum boards. So we cant dissalow them from using same tabs/boards/themes.
The worst thing that people will use in SA-MP (nowdays) is leak scripts. It doesnt matter what people forum theme they are using but their gamemode matters now. Everyone is ignoring forum and focusing on gamemode(s).
