[HELP] 24/7 store commands - JBee - 10.01.2015

I am finish with my class selection for [.::†Los Santos Stories RPG©†::.], how do i make 24/7 store located to ganton, and when you enter the store i want a message from the server say, welcome what do you want /buybear /buyciga /buybbbat. Then when they purchase it the bear, ciga will attached on the like single player.
