I cant walk drive car/bike nothing - bigboy81 - 10.01.2015

I can't walk on my server i don't know why.
My skin in gta walking laggy and werry slow like i'ts a cuffed and not uncuffed.
I don't know how to fix?

Make sure if it is just in your server and i assume you might be having very low specs.
