problem with SetWorldTime! - iThePunisher - 08.01.2015

I am having problem with SetWorldTime
the problem is that when in germany its day on server its night and when its night on server its day :/
its German ip(german host), the time shouldn't be 14:00, because here in germany the time is 20:00

when i test it offline the time works great this happens only when server is online hosted
