SA:MP not starting - ViperAssasin11 - 06.01.2015

So im in the client. I had ELM installed. Emergency Light Mod

then it told me san andreas should have directx9 so i installed it. Now it's not working at all.

I click connect. then it only shows the loading icon. then nothing. gta_sa.exe is not in task manager. Any help?

You might have installed an outdated version of ELM or installed it wrongly. While installing cleo mods you should have taken the backup otherwise the whole gta would get messed.

if i delete cleo would this solve my problem?

I suppose it is the problem caused after you installed ELM because while installing some cleo mods it messes some of your gta files which is why the cleo website itself says create a backup before installing.

You'd better take off ELM from your cleo folder and try.
