You can't. You have to save files one by one, see the DINI thread for more information: it should even have the functions, and an example(I don't really use dini so I can't tell you for sure)...

I want to save every scriptfile, so basically when you leave the server, it will update (save) every scriptfile as in the scriptfile "business" will be updated to whatever was changed in-game. The question did make sense.
