Scripting issue - GXBiboLilo - 05.01.2015

i know this might look stupid but my Compiler couldn't be executed so i may need some help with
its says Unable to execute Compiler whenever i try to Press F5

Have you right clicked pawno and clicked run as administrator? I've ran into that problem on Windows Vista +.
