Desktop Screen Recorder - Fernado Samuel - 03.01.2015

Hello Guys,
I need to make some Videos for my project. The Video is not related to Games. I just want to record the desktop screen. I know "Fraps" is used only to record gaming videos. Currently i'm not looking for that so it'd be appreciated if you could suggest me a good recording software.

Why not use fraps? You can record your desktop using fraps so I don't see the issue with it.

What exactly is the problem here? He just mentioned that Action! is a good recording software but that it goes with a price.
Action! is by far the best software I have ever used and as mentioned by Potassium, it goes by a price, unfortunately.
