I need help with html code,i wanna make chatbox and i couldn't get something proper.......and plz can u make code
i want html code including cssvstyle sheet in it.

You can't make something like that in just html and css. Html is a markup language. You'll have to look into javascript, PHP and so on.

If you want a chatbox, but dont know how to create one, either learn it, or find a ready chatbox to include in your website.
But dont beg others to do your work.
