Error when run server please - LuisPark - 31.12.2014

I was downloaded dotnet 3.5 and visual c++ too. All Plugins which i need have in. But when i run server it give me an error

You don't have the plugins.

No, i have. I just change the host and now i got this error

You need to upload the plugins to your host too.

I just copy all my file from my last host to another host ? Did i miss something
