Error code 100. - Uh - 29.12.2014

so something wrong happend with my car system because we have 6K Vehicles..so it's always buggy but now when i buy a car when / cdv a car nothng happens it says "Something went wrong with the car system Error: 100."
Any 1 knows how to fix?
