[Help] Registration + Administration Script - Arxalan - 27.12.2014

Hello , I tried alot to find a good registration and admin script but failed and i am new so i can't combine both the script . Now i am looking for a script of both registration and administration in which only 4-5 admin ranks are and no matter if they have little commands .
