SetObjectMaterial - Vege - 26.12.2014

I have been having a problem with the SetObjectMaterial, i actually want to change the color of the Object ID 1316 but I havent been successful D:

Is there anybody who can get me a perfect working code that changes the color of the object to whatever I want ?
