[Help]Ping - astanalol - 25.12.2014

Hello Every One
i Have A Smail Server its only 2k line i made it from 0
but i have High Ping See


After 1 Sec i off My Server And Opening GM i download it not Like high ping +800 / see


please tell me what wrong in my gm 2k line ?
what problems in it!
