Map on second monitor - sietseharteveld - 25.12.2014

So i'm playing gta sa:mp with 2 monitors (the second isn't doing anything at the moment), and i was wondering if i could play the game on one monitor and show a live map of my server on thee second map with moving players. Is there maby any kind of application for that? Thanks already!
