Error onplayerconnect ! - DeksoN - 20.12.2014

I'm getting onplayerconnect when i get on the server two times player has conenct then 3rd thime player has connected here is SS

When i go to server on the box down , he types two times "Has connected"
and then 3rd time Player Has connect how can i remove that two times "Has Connect"
