and now i removed my server from ultra LOL

Is it a Linux server? In that case, the case of your characters is important.
"users" is not the same as "Users".

Can't see a problem for "usfServer" as the case is correct.
Maybe it doesn't have writing to that folder enabled (it may be read-only), can't be sure.

its not linux server
and it have writing to that folder.
when i check it on windows everything go right , but when i put on ultra it just don't create files in "users" and "usfserver"
