Help Needed - extreme780 - 18.12.2014

I am new to pawn and donot even know a single command :P

Can someone create a fs for me that is based on this:

/givecar (carid) (playerid) (price)

and it gives player the car using this function

CreateNewPlayerVehicle(playerid, carid, price);

I know its very simple but i cannot do it

Sure, but what is price? Player need to give price to pay, I think it's little stupid.

This is to be typed in game (command)
So the admin decides the price
