XaibBaba - GamePanelX links working perfect, check your ISP + internet connection if it blocks that domain though.
Also yeah i have to say GamePanelX is really good panel for a game hosting

But you need also a phpmyadmin (MYSQL server).

Yup, gamepanelx is really good for free. It's only good for linux, though. Personally, I made my own with PHP and integrated it into my ucp.
