Can anyone tell/explain me how the star has adjusted there with a sickle and a hammer? (and the red light?)

Could be brushes. But I'm pretty sure this one was made with the red line thingy render and gradient effects were applied through Photoshop. The star is pretty easy to tell lol.

Brush in the back and probably red color overlay with like 40% opacity + some sharpen/soften.

It's photoshop, fo' sure. It's a render/gradient overlay or something like that.
