Cannot Open My Server using Mapeditor of Shabi RoxX - RacyLeon - 12.12.2014

Hi I'm RacyLeon and i have a problem with my server, well this what happen, when i opened my Console with the Gamemode Mapeditor of Shabi RoxX:

And Open my Debug and connect to Local host then i saw this Problem just appeared:

please guys help me with this Problem, i need help cause i'm going to make an map.

samp-server.exe in this package is probably 0.3e version, you need to update it and recompile script with new includes to ensure full support with server.

Bro its just the file name i think, but it still not complete when i updated it.

Try updating server files to 0.3z

still didn't work, also my other servers are not working too, and im lagging hard maybe thats why, i don't know.
