Is it possible to get server host name, gamemode, players on vb net with query or somehow? I know we can do it on php but not sure about vb net. If so give some links or some technique.

Well, How I suppose to get a server info with that ? Like server rules(getRules).

i think you cant do that cause to load server rule must use sql database to load it from vb and it make a bug in the system and i'm not sure you can load it from vb better make ur own news update in your vb in the diffrent server like launcher xD if this helpful +rep or if u have a problem just PM me xD
