I have a server but that on my home computer when i disconnect my internet my server IP Changed i don't want to change my Ip i need a perm IP and all player see my server i mean public how i can?

Hello,

Try using something like no-ip however be warned these methods open up software vulnerabilities within your OS which can be exploited. Only other way is to get a STATIC IP from your provider or find a free host.

Better will be for you to ask your ISP for a static IP or use www.noip.com if you dont have $$$.
