CIDR API - MD5 - 06.12.2014

Hello,

I've had a problem lately with people crashing my server(0.3x-R2). But all of the people are using precise VPN's that aren't blocked with my CIDR fs. Was wondering if anyone had an API full of CIDR Ranges.

Ctrl+f on page and search for CIDR it would give u the CIDR option...
To use the php api with pawn use http functions
