Can someone teach me or tell me how to create a pedastrian which stands in the same position applying to him a hands animation?

You can use npc plugins like fcnpc or rnpc
Or apply animations by checking name of npc when he spawn
Or somethink like that
Im on mobile now and i can't give you an example
