Seems to be close enough. Thank you.

Re: SA:MP Light-Blue Color - Mauzen - 03.12.2014

A very simple solution for problems like this:
Open the screenshot in Paint, zoom in, and use the color picker to get any color youre looking for. Then open the palette editor to get the exact RGB values. They are decimal numbers, but getting the hex color from them really isnt a problem
You can also easily get average colors that way, just select the area, resize it to one pixel, and pick that color.

Didn't even know Paint had those kind-of options. I guess I am underestimating Microsoft, and their shitty free products.

Colorpicking even worked in Windows 3.1's paint

It is not "close" but precise, at least to the image you provided.

Re: SA:MP Light-Blue Color - Crayder - 03.12.2014

Photoshop's color picker is more precise (and so is GIMP's and many other alternatives)...

Or you can just use this; http://html-color-codes.info/

There's a color mixer, and you don't have to download anything.
