Well I hope this is the right section, - but meh basically I am looking for that light-blue SA-MP color. Basically, the color used within /pagesize, and other client commands.
Don't say ****** because ****** is stupid when it comes to these kinds of things...

A very simple solution for problems like this:
Open the screenshot in Paint, zoom in, and use the color picker to get any color youre looking for. Then open the palette editor to get the exact RGB values. They are decimal numbers, but getting the hex color from them really isnt a problem
You can also easily get average colors that way, just select the area, resize it to one pixel, and pick that color.

Didn't even know Paint had those kind-of options. I guess I am underestimating Microsoft, and their shitty free products.

Photoshop's color picker is more precise (and so is GIMP's and many other alternatives)...
