Cannot find a plugin - IndependentGaming - 01.12.2014

Greetings, i dont know if this is the right place to ask it, but i cannot find the Mysql plugin R7 for windows.

Is not working does someone got a download link for me ?

R7 is terribly outdated. Go to their github https://github.com/pBlueG/SA-MP-MySQL/releases
