zcmd lag - osman2571 - 01.12.2014

my commands lag i don't know why,i use zcmd include all commands are ok.
No warnings no erors,but commands lag,also when player want to go in some interior must wait some time,to enter in the interior.
How i can fix that..
Al things on my server slowed down ?
