Uhm, I think you can't just remove it from 0.3x.
Update to 0.3z and that's it!

You need to change lagcompmode in server.cfg

Seems that lagcompmode only works CORRECTLY with 0.3z, Any other possible way?

Then you can't. That's the main feature of 3z, it was introduced in 3z, not anything below it. If you want it in an older version, then you have to make the script yourself like cessil did for his TDM server.
