SA-MP isen't working on Windows 8.1 - Th3UnKnOwN - 28.11.2014
Hey guys, I just downloaded the SAMP Client from Sa-mp.com. it installed and everything. but when I try and find a server on the hosted/internet tabs. It says retrieving info from master server... and Stays like that.
Does anyone know a way to fix this? or Does anyone have a method to bypass this?

I have the same problem for years on my Win7 machine and on my Vista pc as well.
Internet and hosted tabs remain empty 99% of the time.
Today, only 1 server showed up on the internet tab, none at all on hosted.
But I'm sticking to my own private server at home and that one is listed in favorites.
It's all I need.

My problem is that, Even my own personal server doesn't appear. I changed the port to 7778 and opened samp-server.exe and goto the samp client. and add :7778 to my favorites. My server doesn't appear like it used to on my windows 7 computer.

Windows 8.x works well with SA:MP 0.3z even on 0.3x.
BTW,
When you clicked Hosted Tab or Internet tab, It freezes or when It starts loading servers?
SA-MP doesn't show server(s) on internet or hosted tab when your using Guest, Try using Admin and run it again.
Give me rep+ if it fixed your problem.
