Did you port forward you must do it or no one will join the server just you
EDITED: Make sure that your internet connection is up that may be the reason or you might have to reduce the gamemodes

Which dumb-ass uses hamachi for a SA:MP server?
Try to find your LAN IP in your computer settings

People on your LAN use your LAN IP, however, your neighbour needs your external IP from

even if they know your IP they can't hack you. If they could servers would not exist cause there IP is shown public
my IP is 99.248.243.238 I hope I don't get hacked

Thats your external ip. If they know external ip and your internal ip plus which port is open theyll be able to hack you

It would take ages the 192.168. bit would be the same but 4 numbers after that are random. It would be like trying to guess someones bank card pin number

Or try to port forward your routers.
