Does anyone know of any scripters who aren't known for leaking scripts after receiving their money for it?

What do you mean? To be honest in SA-MP Forums you can find Trusted Scripters but you can find scammers too.

Look for people who have a lot of rep. There is no need for them to release it if they already have more than enough rep.

I agree, that's a very incorrect vision. I once released a thing or two and as far as I know, reputation never was a factor in deciding whether I should release.

Also, have you considered that maybe high-rep people don't want to script for somebody else?

Reputations points wouldnt always have to rely on if someone is being honest with you or not.
Its just a metter of thrust you get into someone while conversating with him/her...this can take some time

i think a good scripter wont ask much or even nothing. depending on how big the script is.

No, lol. You get what you pay for. If somebody is going to take a lot time out of their schedule to write you a good gamemode, you can't expect them to do it for free. That's like saying "I need someone to build me a house, if I get a crappy builder they will charge me money, but if I get a really professional builder he'll build my house for free" - that's not how the world works :P

I know people who can scripter better than these people with 500+ reputation, and they have 0 reputation. So, don't judge by the reputation.
