I was going to wear a door to the garage that only the admin can open, the gate should be under the LV police station, have tried some scripts on this page but they do not work fully. have any advice where it is and get on or if someone can make me one in return for payment?

i can do that if ya got paypal but you can also pay me back for doing some mapping for me.. IF your good at it

Gates are really easy to create, you shouldn't really pay anyone for that. Where do you need the gate? Send a picture please (PM or in your reply).
