[ERROR]streamer.dll failed to load (PingPerfect.com) - lutherfchen - 22.11.2014

Hi guys when I open my server on the computer it works just fine but when I upload everything to the PingPerfect Host then the streamer.dll failed.. only streamer.dll failed, sscanf work fine... Any solution? thanks.
