samp_npc.exe problem - Supermaxultraswag - 22.11.2014

Hello. When I try to turn on samp_npc.exe it immediately shuts down. What is wrong?

You don't need to open NPR.exe
Just go to server.cfg find maxnpc and change the value from 0 to 1 or even if u want the run you're samp-server.EXE
