Aye could you help me ?

I got windows 8.1 pro and when i click start then search then i account the pic looks like that

So when i press something not matter what it just does noise i mean that clickin sound when something won't work

So it's like ahmm it doesn't let me press nothin... is it a virus ?!?

I do search before i post ffs

And do you have a problem that i thought it was a virus ? i wanted to change my pc pass it could be a virus because it didn't let me.

Plus i already said i fixed no need to post anymore.
