Um, yea. I found a problem. When i use latest version of FCNPC it shows me this error

[14:47:14] Loading plugin: FCNPC.dll
[14:47:14] [FCNPC] Failed. (Windows server not supported yet)

But when i use older version, everthing is alright.... What should i do? I need new version... I try to instal latest version of samp, it doesnt work as well.
