Is there someone who is hosting samp for free, I don't need something crazy 20-30 slots is enough.

I've heard good reviews about FRAG.gs so definitely look that up.
You can also try hosting it on your own computer.

Well free hosting has gotten, frankly, worse. Most hosts that've been around for a while are now requiring stupid shit like serveys to get a free server, and other host's such as triangle.gs are just lazy, and out of server space. Your best luck is buying one.

I can provide you with up to 500 slots, I have a VPS that I will be using to run all of my servers on very soon. You can also link your server to my gaming community if you wish. You can check my website out if you want, I wont scam you, in fact having more servers is better for my community.
