why when i passing near a 3dtextlabel from a bizz i have a bigger ping ?
when i passing near a 3dtextlabel from a house is normal ?
i have same codes for house and bizz

It is quite possible that you are creating multiple text labels on top of each other through a loop accidentally. If you can show us where you create the 3d text labels, we might be able to solve this for you.
