what port did you make port with ! also make sure you have Close Firewall and open 2 roll in the firewall with tcp and utd

If you want to connect to your samp server without getting it online for worldwide,

Goto "Start" button and search cmd and enter
Then type, "ipconfig" and find the IPv4 Address and copy it to your samp

If you want your friends to connect to your server, you give them <your ip>:7777

If you want to connect to your own server, add 127.0.0.1:7777

That should do the trick.
